Firstly, the Asus wireless constantly reports the adapter as 'not installed' after I plug it out of the USB port. There are no wireless networks detected at all. Even after running 'Diagnose the problem', it says there is a problem with the access points even though the other computers in the house are connected to the network and can also detect all other wireless networks in range. Third, after numerous re-installations of the driver from the CD that came with the product, the Installshield for the program fails to start and requires a reboot for it to start working again. Next, there is a problem with the Virtual WiFi Miniport with this error msg popping up: There is a problem with the driver for Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter #2. The driver needs to be reinstalled.

Make sure you disable anti virus/firewall while installing driver.
